  1. Everyone could join the rest of us doing “Five in ’05” too – 5 pounds a month. Losing weight at a good speed allows you to keep it off longer, and really … five pounds. Easy. Think of the small picture, the big one isn’t so bad. He is definitely right about the gym tips though!
